Remedial investigation, Specification & Management
With 20 years’ experience in the remedial industry , we and are able to to investigate, report, specify and design all aspects relating to defects to the building and its surrounds. Our services include assessment of the structure (including diagnostic testing), in house drafting and consulting with consent authorities. We also provide detailed engineering design and documentation, tender evaluation and contract preparation and management.
Structural
We have extensive experience in designing residential and light commercial structures. We provide a complete service from design and documentation to liaising with council and certifiers to the construction phase of the works.
Stormwater and OSD design
We provide the sustainable management of stormwater for a large variety of developments, including on site stormwater detention, stormwater drainage and flood study reviews. We also liaise with Council and provide documentation for both development application and construction certificates.
Expert Witness
Should the need arise where communication and common-sense break down, we provide advice, investigation and reports necessary to take to litigation for defective works. We are experienced and qualified to provide expert witness reports for both arbitration and local/district court.
